ISROTEL
Branding · Digital I at Giraff

Isrotel is one of the largest hotel chains in Israel. The group manages a wide range of properties, including resorts, city hotels, and boutique accommodations. Its locations cover major destinations such as Eilat, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and the Dead Sea. With this diversity, Isrotel has become a key player in Israel’s hospitality sector.
Together with Noam Vanunu, a fellow designer at Giraff, I created an internal graphic identity for Isrotel. The goal was to design visuals for employee communications, such as new hires, promotions, and recruitment. The main challenge was to build a system that could evolve alongside the existing brand identity, while staying consistent and clear.

Since Isrotel’s four core values are People, Kindness, Truth, and Quality, we translated them into a dedicated color palette. We selected four light, complementary, and vibrant tones that reflect positivity and embody the diversity of the company’s values.

One of the requests from Isrotel’s in-house designer was to create a pattern that could be used across a wide range of materials, including banners, merchandising, and roll-ups.
To meet this need, I developed a versatile collection of patterns inspired by the company’s core values design (see above), which became a key starting point for the visual identity.
