BATIVIE
Branding · Digital · Website · MarCom I at Giraff

Bativie is a socially-driven construction company based in the Yvelines region of France, specializing in second-fix building work. Established in 2009, Bativie operates as an integration enterprise, providing employment and training opportunities to individuals distanced from the conventional job market.

For Bativie’s visual identity refresh, I modernized the original logo, which had been in use for over a decade, while preserving its vibrant color palette. These bright, lively tones evoke the idea of “life” - a direct reference to the French word vie, which is also embedded in the company’s name (Bati meaning “built” and vie meaning “life”).

The redesign honors this dual meaning by expressing both construction and human impact. Diagonal lines were incorporated as a key design element to subtly echo architectural forms, particularly rooftops, symbolizing housing, shelter, and upward progress.

The result is a dynamic and meaningful identity that reflects Bativie’s mission to build not just structures, but lasting opportunities for people.

In addition to creating brochures, letterheads, cardboard folders, and business cards, I designed Bativie's new website, adapting it for mobile devices.
